Kevin Eagar: Integrity & Precision in Residential Real Estate
Kevin Eagar joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to bring together two passions: residential real estate and investing in human (client) relationships. During his 13 years as an environmental, health and safety (EHS) management consultant to industry, Kevin learned that two characteristics he embodies were critical to his success: solid integrity, and precision in work. He is excited about leveraging these strengths as a residential real estate consultant. Not surprisingly, Kevin's approach with his real estate clients is to fully understand their needs and then, through discussions and face-to-face meetings, chart a course of action for getting their stated needs met. By providing information that is key to a property transaction, analyzing the data with diligence (often helping clients make meaning of complex information sets), and providing valuable guidance to his clients as they weigh the pros and cons of the options before them, Kevin plays the role of real estate consultant in earnest. In addition, not only does Kevin have the knowledge about general real estate trends and an understanding of what is happening in the local markets, Kevin has first-hand experiences with purchasing residential real estate and managing investment properties. As such, Kevin is alert to a wide array of potential property issues relevant to both buyers and sellers throughout all phases of a transaction.
